Valve Guides, Terrys Aero Valve Springs (UK)
3 Angle v/seat cut, hand lap valves. Check and set v/spring stack height, check v/seat pressure.
Clutch Roller Bearings, Clutch Plates and Springs, Shock Damper Rubbers new
Primary Chain and Tensioner Shoe and adjuster new.
All Gaskets, Oil Seals, O-rings, sealing washers new replaced.
200 Watt Alternator, Podtronics Voltage Regulator Rectifier
L930 Amal Concentric Carb properly jetted for this engine. Round Pancake type air filter
Cosmetic Resto on engine externals.- Primary/Clutch and outer trans covers polished
buffed. Timing Cover new LF Harris (UK)
All external fasteners new, or re-plated cadmium
Cylinders stripped re-painted VHT Gloss Black
New Shift and Kickstart Levers
New Throttle Twist Grip Cable and Clutch Cable
Dual point ignition using late model T-140 type points and points plate
For Podtronics Electronic Ignition and two 6Volt ign coils, Add $300. If chosen Podtronics will be installed and static timed to engine
